 Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. Well today I will show the results of my project "News Anchor". Hopefully this project can inspire and be useful for readers.

Floods suddenly hit Tembalang Semarang, residents climbed onto the roofs of their houses


Good morning viewers, with me Aulia Ajeng, on the Alexa TV show, discussing actual and reliable news.

The latest news is that there has been heavy rain in the capital city of Semarang, on Friday 6 January 2023  

This resulted in dozens of houses in the Dinar Indah Housing Complex in Tembalang, Semarang City being hit by flooding

The flooding was made worse by the embankment which was suspected to have broken at one point on the Pengkol River which passes through the area. The water discharge was quite high due to shipments from the Ungaran area which were also hit by rain

Apart from that, many residents did not have time to save their belongings and chose to escape to the roof of their house.

Joint SAR, police and TNI officers have been deployed to the flood location to help evacuate residents to safer locations.

 Should College Education be Free? College education should be free for all students. Education is a basic right, and no one should be deprived of it just because they can't afford it. Education is the key to success and prosperity, and making it accessible to all will lead to a better society.
